Stacey has 35 years of experience in new business creation and development, intellectual property creation and stewardship, executive management, and enterprise consulting in multiple industry sectors, including technology, oil and gas, and medical. Stacey has founded or co-founded 11 companies in the IT, oil and gas, and nonprofit sectors that achieved successful exits or are continuing operations. He has successfully built distribution and reseller/agent networks across North America while partnering with international companies. He has led and/or participated in various mergers and acquisitions involving IT and oil & gas related companies. Involved in both professional and community activities, Stacey serves on multiple boards in both the commercial and nonprofit business arenas. He has served the Houston Technology Center in mentoring roles and on screening committees in the energy and IT industries. Despite these varied interests, Stacey advises, “if you cut me, I still bleed a little oil and gas.”
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 30 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Kathy has both an analytical and creative background in a variety of advertising disciplines including, strategic planning, brand development, market research, information technology, media, and public relations programs. Organizations that have benefitted from Kathy’s talents and expertise range from startup companies to a U.S. military branch and other government agencies. Her experience encompasses television, radio, print, outdoor, and the web across local, national, and global markets, as well as seeking out new ways to deliver messaging through the ever-changing digital world for a wide variety of industries. Kathy owned a successful advertising agency before joining ASENZ and, subsequently, the Noel Group.

John has over 20 years of experience in banking, financial planning, corporate finance, management and new business development. He has directed all phases of corporate finance, profitability analysis, cost control, accounting and managed the consolidation of company branches and the sale of businesses. He has held various positions including Controller and CFO. His work experience includes 8 years in the IT industry, as well as oil & gas related companies. John has also served as controller for two security firms, a real estate development and construction firm and as a trust officer for a large banking group. He was involved with the development of a high-security disaster recovery and data center and has experience with small public companies. His most recent accomplishment as CFO for a major oil field services organization was optimizing its field operations.
Chief Digital Officer
As an entrepreneur and digital strategist, Tim helps organizations and individuals utilize digital strategies to achieve their goals. He's worked with global non-profits, national brands, international tech companies, as well as regional small businesses, and individuals on website planning and production, digital communication strategies, and digital operating systems. In addition to his role as CDO with Noel Group, Tim is also Founder and CEO at Tribe Digital Media, which helps organizations use the power of digital media to share their message, increase their impact, and engage their community. Tim brings a passion for learning, trying on, and sharing ideas to every project, and highly values the role communication plays in the efficiency and workability of an organization.
